 About UsWe We met in 1995 in San Francisco through mutual friends and were married four years later on a beautiful fall day on Long Island in New York. Our marriage is stable and our love has deepened and strengthened since becoming parents. Our relationship is built on trust and respect and is filled with love and laughter. We compliment and balance each other... Tim is a fun loving, generous and caring person who has a lot of patience (which Lisa has personally tested!) Lisa is warm and caring, and has an incredible ability to read people’s feelings and respond to them with the compassion, understanding, or humor that they need. We have traveled extensively, both here in the U.S. and abroad. In anticipation of our daughter’s birth in Minnesota, rather than fly, we took a road trip with our dog, Cody and spent several weeks in the Twin Cities area before driving home with Allyson. We plan to continue to include travel for the whole family in our lives. Our family time together combines singing silly songs, dancing, reading books or just laughing and playing. We enjoy going to the zoo, going to the park and spending time with our friends. During the summer you can find us taking a bike ride with our bike-trailer in tow, visiting the nearby parks, beaches and mountains, or spending a day in Napa Valley for a picnic. You may even find us working on projects around the house. In the fall we make our annual trip to the pumpkin patch with our friends and their children. In the winter months you may find us spending a rainy afternoon at a friend’s home or find us up at Lake Tahoe enjoying the snow. We enjoy cooking together whether it’s meals for ourselves or hosting friends and family. Once in awhile we enjoy going out to eat, and living in the Bay Area we have a lot of choices. Now and then, we have a special date night. Most often, we dine at family-friendly restaurants that don’t mind a few cheerios left behind! |
